Relationship Therapy in Brighton

Working with Relational Complexity

I offer Relationship Therapy for people navigating a wide range of dynamics — whether in monogamous partnerships, open relationships, or polyamorous constellations. The work may begin with disconnection, conflict, or uncertainty, or with a desire to deepen intimacy and connection.

Whatever the starting point, the relationship itself becomes the focus of our work, while recognising that each partner brings their own inner world, history, and potential for growth.

Relationship Therapy offers a space to:

  • Explore relational patterns, unspoken needs, and unmet longings

  • Understand how histories and attachment dynamics shape present relationships

  • Develop new ways of communicating and relating with honesty and care

  • Face entrenched issues with impartiality, presence, and safety

This process is not about resolving issues for you, but about creating the conditions in which awareness, responsibility, and deeper connection can grow.

What the Work Involves

My Approach

In our work, I encourage each person to reflect not only on what happens between you in the present, but also on the deeper layers of meaning that often stem from earlier experiences.

By exploring these dynamics together, new possibilities emerge: ways of relating rooted in honesty, respect, and mutual recognition. Whether your relationship is at a crossroads or simply seeking renewal, therapy can provide a powerful foundation for growth and transformation.
