I am an Italian Chartered Counselling Psychologist and Integrative–Relational Psychotherapist based in Brighton. My practice is grounded in the conviction that true psychological change arises within a trusting and authentic relationship.
I work with adults and teenagers in individual, couple, and group therapy, offering a private and confidential setting for those who wish to engage in intensive, depth-oriented psychotherapy.

My orientation is integrative and depth-focused, drawing from three main traditions:
Radical Psychiatry – a critical perspective on diagnostic labels, attentive to the role of power, context, and social meaning in psychological distress.
Analytical Psychology – engaging with the unconscious, symbolic meaning, and the developmental journey of the self.
Relational Psychotherapy – fostering safety through trust, dialogue, and authentic engagement.
I believe therapy becomes transformative when clients feel secure enough to explore what is difficult, painful, or hidden from them. The therapeutic relationship is not secondary but central: a living space in which depth, change, and self-discovery can unfold.
My Approach
Professional Background
I am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) and currently a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA). I am also a Chartered Counselling Psychologist (CPsychol, AFBPsS, HCPC), bringing both academic depth and clinical rigour to my practice.
As a Clinical Supervisor, I provide developmental spaces for other therapists, and I am a registered member of HCPC, BPS, UKCP, EATA, and EuroPsy. These affiliations reflect my ongoing commitment to the highest standards of the profession.

Working with people
I have extensive experience with neurodiverse individuals, including autistic people and those with learning disabilities. I also work with clients who feel marginalised or excluded, including trans and gender-diverse individuals navigating questions of identity, embodiment, and systemic barriers.
My focus is on building relational trust, emotional literacy, and creative strategies — opening space for clients to express needs, process pain, and experience being deeply understood.
What Clients Bring
Some people come without a clear label for their distress — only the sense that something is missing, or that life feels less than it could be. Therapy offers the chance to explore the unconscious dynamics that shape experience, bring clarity to what truly matters, and create sustainable, meaningful directions for the future.
Experiences of psychosis, spiritual crisis, eating disorders, or confusion
Together we work carefully and consistently to process overwhelming experiences and restore a sense of stability and possibility.
Questions of identity, belonging, and meaning
Therapy can provide a place to explore who you are, where you belong, and how to live with greater authenticity and purpose.
Trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem
I offer a safe and steady space to explore these struggles, uncover their roots, and build new ways of relating to yourself and others.
A sense of being stuck, lost, or disconnected
If you feel cut off from yourself or life, I work with you to reconnect with your inner world and move toward growth and change.
