“It is a joy to be hidden and a disaster not to be found.”

D.W. Winnicott

As an Integrative-Relational Psychotherapist, my work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through relationship. Over the years, I’ve trained as a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) and have continued to deepen my practice as a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA). I’m also a Chartered Counselling Psychologist (CPsychol and AFBPsS, HCPC), and I bring this psychological grounding into every aspect of my clinical and supervisory work.

My professional identity is shaped by both my clinical experience and ongoing engagement with reflective practice. I’m a Clinical Supervisor, and I value the collaborative, developmental space that supervision offers. I’m registered with the HCPC, BPS, UKCP, EATA, and EuroPsy—memberships that reflect my commitment to the profession.

Fluent in both English and Italian, I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, offering therapy in the language they feel most at home in. My practice is based in Brighton BN2, close to Brighton Marina, where I provide a calm, confidential space for therapeutic work.

As an integrative professional, I’ve come to value the importance of attuning to each client’s unique way of being. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet people where they are. I work with both teenagers and adults, offering short- and long-term therapy, depending on what feels most supportive and sustainable for each individual.

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the inherent worth of every person. I believe that everyone, regardless of their circumstances or history, deserves the chance to live fully and meaningfully. My practice is grounded in a relational orientation, and I hold a particular interest in psychoanalytic and existential perspectives, which continue to inform how I listen, reflect, and respond in the therapeutic space.

I offer psychotherapy to people, teenagers and adults of all ages. I welcome people of all identities, including those who are neurodivergent, and those whose experience of race, gender, or background may have shaped their relationship with the world in complex ways. Whoever you are, however you come, your identity is never a barrier to our work—it’s part of the story we explore together.

Location

My practice is based in Brighton BN2, about a 20-minute bus ride from Brighton Mainline station, in a quiet location near Kemptown and Whitehawk. It is a space where I aim to offer safety, openness, and the possibility of meaningful connection.

Fees

I offer the first session at a fixed rate of £60 for both individuals and couples, as a chance for us to meet and explore whether working together feels right. Ongoing sessions are £100 for individuals and range from £100 to £120 for couples, depending on your circumstances. I aim to keep the conversation around fees open, respectful, and grounded in mutual understanding. Individual sessions are 50 minutes long, and I work with people once, twice, or three times a week, depending on what feels most adequate for your process.

I hold your time as I do the therapeutic space—with care and consistency. I charge for missed sessions, as that time is set aside just for you. That said, if you know in advance that you will need to miss a session, I will do my best to find an alternative time that same week.
