In Relationship Therapy, I support people navigating a wide range of relational dynamics—whether in monogamous partnerships, open relationships, or polyamorous constellations. The work may begin with a sense of disconnection, misunderstanding, or a desire for greater intimacy. At times, couples or partners may be facing the possibility of separation; at others, they may simply be seeking a deeper way of relating. Whatever the starting point, the relationship itself becomes our shared focus, while recognising that each partner brings their own inner world, history, and potential for growth.
This work offers an opportunity for each person to gain self-awareness while tending to the needs and challenges of the relationship. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface—unspoken needs, relational patterns, unmet longings—and how these shape the dynamic between you.
When issues feel entrenched or overwhelming, it can be difficult to know where to begin. My role is to offer impartiality, presence, and a space that feels safe enough to explore complex feelings without fear of judgment or blame. Through this process, you may begin to see things differently, and with that shift in perspective, discover new ways of being in relationship—ones rooted in honesty, care, and mutual respect.

How does Relationship Therapy work?
My role in Relationship Therapy—whether you are in a monogamous, open, or polyamorous relationship—is not to resolve issues for you, but to support the development of the awareness and relational skills needed to face challenges together. I aim to create a space where honest dialogue can unfold, where each person feels heard, and where deeper layers of meaning—often rooted in early experiences—can begin to emerge.
You will be invited to reflect not only on what is happening between you in the present, but also on the histories that have shaped how you communicate, relate, and navigate intimacy. By exploring patterns of behaviour, attachment dynamics, and communication styles, we can begin to identify what is getting in the way of connection and how to shift those patterns with intention and care.
In working together, I will encourage each person to take responsibility for their choices and actions—not as a burden, but as an act of self-empowerment. The process of facing these complexities together can become a powerful foundation for growth, healing, and deeper connection—whether in dyadic relationships or more expansive relational systems.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes or more, and we will agree on a time and rhythm that feels workable for everyone involved.
